This website is operated by Fera by MayR Labs, a unit of MLabs Technologies Ltd (RC9939212). By using it you agree to these terms. Projects, Vertical SaaS deployments and support plans are governed by the proposal and contract we sign with you, which take precedence over this page.

Using this website

You may browse, share and link to this site. You may not copy our designs, case studies or gallery websites, attempt to disrupt the site, or use its forms to send spam.

Case studies and client work

Client names, screenshots and links are shown with our clients' knowledge to describe work we did for them. Their trademarks belong to them.

Gallery websites

• Sample content. Gallery designs are shown with fictional businesses, people and figures. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.
• Reservation. A purchase request is not a sale. A design is reserved for you when we confirm in writing and receive the reservation payment, normally half the price. The balance is due when you approve the site, before launch.
• Exclusivity. Once a design is sold it is removed from the gallery and not sold again. We may reuse general components and code that are not specific to the design.
• Ownership. On full payment you own the content and the customised website. Third-party software it uses stays under its own licence.
• Delivery. Delivery times run from when we have your content. Delays waiting for content or approvals extend them.
• Refunds. If we cannot deliver, we refund what you paid. Once customisation has started, the reservation payment is not refundable if you cancel.
• Fixes. We fix defects reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Changes after that are covered by a care plan or quoted.

Prices

Prices are in Nigerian naira and exclude third-party costs such as domains, paid hosting and paid plugins unless stated. We may change prices in the gallery at any time; the price confirmed in writing is the one you pay.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
