Privacy policy

Fera by MayR Labs (“Fera”, “we”) is a unit of MLabs Technologies Ltd (RC9939212), 10 Harrison Cmonyei Street, ULO, Ibusa Road, Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. We are the controller of the personal data described here and we process it in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use a form on this site we keep your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, organisation, budget, the design or product you asked about, and your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal, contract or invoice (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To keep the site secure and diagnose problems (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.

Who sees it

The Fera team, and service providers that act on our instructions: our hosting and database providers, and our email provider for sending replies and receipts. Some of them store data outside Nigeria; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to a project are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given. Write to hello@mlabs.ng. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
